Even in a world of chaos and danger, we must be still. How can we be still in such a world? A well-proved God is far better than all of man’s most trusted solutions. The church is only strong and secure so long as God is in her midst. The command to be still is both a word of warning and a word of comfort.
Jesus was abandoned at His death, left to die alone, forsaken by the Father. Why did this have to happen? Why was Jesus forsaken?
