Since the fall of man, death has been humanity’s ultimate and greatest defeater. But Jesus is the Defeater of our greatest defeaters. He is the Resurrection and the Life.
Jesus is unlike all the other shepherds who came before Him. Because of His great love for His sheep, Jesus, the Good Shepherd, seeks and saves His sheep.
The sheep pen is the place of protection and provision, but how do we enter into such a place? Jesus says He is the Door of the sheep, and as the Door, He is our sole source of security.
